Our KLASSIC class is the heart of Karve, designed as a mixed level session for clients who have completed several Kore classes or have prior Pilates experience from other studios. While primarily focused on the reformer, this class may occasionally incorporate other apparatus for added variety.

Please note, the KLASSIC class is typically geared more towards intermediate and advanced clients rather than beginners. As always, modifications are offered throughout, and if you are unsure, speak with a Karve instructor for their recommendation.

50/50 FOUNDATIONS offers a more accessible introduction to our signature 50/50 format, combining two pieces of apparatuses within a 50 minute lesson.

You will work across the reformer, chair, or mat in a structured and supportive way, building strength, coordination, and full body awareness. The pace is more controlled with a strong focus on technique and clear instruction, while still delivering a challenging and effective workout.

Ideal for those looking to build confidence within the 50/50 format before progressing to more advanced options.
